Mo-Co/Novel Porous Al2O3 Catalyst for Diesel Ultra-Deep Hydrodesulfurization

摘要: 以新型多孔隙的氧化铝为载体,制备了Mo-Co型柴油超深度加氢脱硫催化剂,考察了其加氢脱硫(HDS)活性,并采用XRDN2吸附-脱附、XPSTEMCO-FTIR等表征手段对氧化铝粉、载体及催化剂进行分析表征。结果表明,与工业催化剂相比,新催化剂中载体与活性金属间相互作用力较弱,该硫化态催化剂中的Co-Mo-S活性相比例和活性金属Mo的硫化度较高,MoS2片晶平均长度较短。相应的,该催化剂具有更好的HDS活性,其相对脱硫活性是工业催化剂的1.4倍,且在1500 h内精制油中硫质量分数始终小于10μg/g,表明该催化剂具有优异的活性稳定性,显示出良好的工业应用前景。

Abstract:

Mo-Co type catalyst for diesel ultra-deep hydrodesulfurization (HDS) was prepared by using a novel porous Al2O3 carrier and the activity of the catalyst in HDS was evaluated. The alumina powder, carriers and catalysts were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, XPS, TEM and CO-FTIR techniques. Results show that the metal-support interaction of novel catalyst is weaker than that of commercial catalyst, the active metals were more highly dispersed and the proportion of Co-Mo-S phase in the sulfide catalyst and the sulfidation degree were higher, and the average length of the MoS2 slabs was shorter in novel catalyst than that of commercial catalyst. Accordingly, the HDS activity of novel catalyst was higher than that of commercial catalyst, and the relative HDS activity of novel catalyst was 1.4 times than that of commercial catalyst. In addition, the sulfur mass fraction of refined oil was less than 10 μg/g, which indicates that the novel catalyst has good activity and stability, displaying great commercial potentials.
