叔丁醇-乙醇-水分离的萃取精馏节能设计与动态控制

Energy-Saving Design and Dynamic Control of Extractive Distillation for tert Butanol-Ethanol-Water System

摘要: 针对工业实例分离叔丁醇-乙醇-水三元共沸物,设计了常规三塔萃取精馏(CTCED)及节能型多侧线塔萃取精馏(EDCMR)分离流程。通过稳态优化对2种流程进行对比,基于以年度总费用(TAC)最低为目标的稳态优化后可以得出,多侧线塔萃取精馏流程的TAC比常规三塔萃取精馏流程降低了16.16%。在此基础上,对于多侧线塔萃取精馏流程,提出了双温度控制结构(CS1)和带有热负荷/进料流量前馈控制的组成-回流比控制结构(CS2)。在经±10%进料流量和进料组分扰动后,CS1的产物纯度可以在10 h内稳定,但无法恢复到扰动前水平;CS2的产物纯度可以在10 h内恢复到扰动前水平。

Abstract: To separate tert-Butanol-Ethanol water azeotropic mixtures in a specific industrial scenario, conventional three-column extractive distillation (CTCED) process and extractive distillation column with multiple rectifiers (EDCMR) energy saving process were designed, respectively. Using the lowest total annual cost (TAC) as the objective, steady-state optimization results indicate TAC of EDCMR process is 16.16% lower than that of CTCED process. After the steady-state optimization, a control structure (CS1) with dual temperature controllers and a control structure (CS2) of component-reflux ratio control with reboiler duty/flowrate feed forward controller are proposed for EDCMR process. After ±10% disturbance of feed flow and component, the product purity of CS1 can be stabilized within 10 h but it can not come back to the initial purity, whereas CS2 can return to its initial purity within 10 h.
