铜/铁复合载氧体对煤化学链转化反应活性和碳微晶结构的影响

Reactivity and Structure Evaluation of Coal Chemical Looping Gasification Based on Cu-Fe Oxygen Carrier

以铜/铁复合氧化物为载氧体,在流化床反应器中进行煤化学链气化(CLG)实验,采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)和谢乐公式等手段,探究铜/铁复合载氧体对煤化学链气化碳微晶结构和反应活性的影响。结果表明:添加载氧体后,煤气化反应活性增强,其碳转化率达到50%的时间(t50)由14.5 min缩短至9.3 min。从煤焦分子结构演变角度(XRD结果)发现,载氧体的存在影响煤气化过程中碳微晶结构的演变,其存在增加了碳微晶的碳层层间距,降低了层高。碳微晶结构的这些变化促进了煤化学链气化反应的进行。

Abstract:

The effect of oxygen carrier on the microstructures and reaction activity of coal chemical looping gasification were investigated by X-Ray diffraction (XRD) and Scherrer formula in a fluidized bed reactor using Cu-Fe oxygen carrier. The results show that the time of carbon conversion reaching to 50% (t50) in chemical looping gasification is shortened from 14.5 min to 9.3 min. The coal char structure evaluation obtained from XRD analysis indicates that carbon micro-crystal structure evaluation process is affected by the oxygen carrier, which increase layer spacing and decrease height between carbon layers, such changes on carbon structure are beneficial to the coal gasification.
