Product Characteristics of the Co-Hydrogenation of Coal-Derived Oil and Low Rank Coal under Solid Acid Catalysts

摘要: 高温煤焦油是一种劣质煤衍生重油,和低阶煤进行加氢共处理是实现其高效利用的重要途径。对煤和煤焦油在固体酸催化剂条件下加氢共处理的产物进行蒸馏特性、元素、族组成和GC-MS分析。结果表明:小于230 ℃馏分收率较高,为35.14%;C、N元素含量随着沸点升高依次上升,H、O元素含量、H/C原子比随沸点升高依次下降。随着各馏分沸点的升高,饱和烃和一环化合物含量逐渐下降,二环、三环化合物含量呈先增大后减小趋势,其中二环化合物在230~300  ℃馏分达到最大值,三环化合物在300~350  ℃馏分达到最大值,小于230  ℃馏分和230~300  ℃馏分中所含烃类化合物主要为由1~3环的芳香结构组成的结构单元和脂肪结构的桥键组成,也有含量很少的带杂原子的芳香环结构。

Abstract: High temperature coal tar which is a kind of inferior heavy oil, which can be co-processed with coal, providing an efficient utilization route. The distillation characteristics, element and group compositions and GC-MS analysis of these co-processing products show that the yield of fraction less than 230  ℃ is 3514%, which is higher than the others. With the increase of boiling point of each fraction, the content of saturated hydrocarbons and monocyclic compounds is decreasing gradually, and the contents of bicyclic and tricyclic compounds is initially increasing and then decreasing. The bicyclic compounds reach the maximum level in less than 230 ℃ fraction and the tricyclic compounds reach the maximum level in 300-350 ℃ fraction. The hydrocarbon compounds in the fraction of less than 230 ℃ and 230-300 ℃ fraction are mainly composed of the aromatics of 1-3 rings and fat bridge bond structure, and small amount of ringstructured aromatic with hetero atoms.
