基于网络分割的大规模换热网络温度校正方法

Temperature Reconciliation of Large-Scale Heat Exchanger Networks Based on Network Partitioning

摘要: 为解决生产过程中换热网络关键参数测量值误差导致的换热网络设计和优化方案不准确的问题,研究针对大规模换热网络,提出了一种基于网络分割的温度校正方法。该方法以换热网络能量平衡方程为基础,构建了换热网络的加权有向图模型;并以此为基础,采用谱聚类算法获得了换热网络的子网络;同时采用分解协调算法和改进的迭代测量检验法等方法,实现了对换热网络中温度变量的精确校正。案例分析结果表明,基于网络分割的数据校正方法可在牺牲一定精度的基础上,显著减少换热网络数据校正问题求解的迭代次数,提高计算效率和资源利用率。与整体数据校正方法相比,基于网络分割的数据校正方法的计算量随着换热网络规模的增大将显著减小。

Abstract: To address the problem of errors on the measured parameters of the heat exchanger networks (HENs), the data reconciliation method based on network partition is proposed for the large-scale HENs. In the proposed method, a weighted directed graph can be constructed on the basis of the energy balances of the HEN in the first step. Then, the spectral clustering method is used to generate the sub-networks of the HENs. The feasible reconciliation results can be finally obtained by using the decomposition and coordination algorithm and modified iterative measurement test. The application of the proposed method is further verified by two case studies. Results show that, with cost of less accuracy, the proposed method can reduce the iterations, as well improve computing efficiency and resource utilization. In addition, with increasing of HENs scale, the computational workload of the proposed method can be further reduced compared with the method without using network partition.
