FeS-FeS2组合物的热分析动力学

Thermal Analysis Kinetics of FeS-FeS2 Compounds

摘要: 为了揭示储油罐硫腐蚀产物的氧化自燃历程,在30~1000℃的温度区间,升温速率为10、15、20℃/min的实验条件下,采用同步热分析仪表征了储罐硫腐蚀产物主要成分FeS和FeS2以及FeSFeS2组合物的氧化热解特性。对升温速率15℃/min下FeS和FeS2的TGDTGDSC曲线及FeSFeS2组合物的TGDTG曲线进行比较,进一步采用FlynnWallOzawa (FWO)和Kissinger 2种热分析动力学方法分别求解FeSFeS2组合物的表观活化能。结果表明,6种样品的着火温度主要分布在41382~50880℃之间;除FeS外,其他样品的TG曲线趋势相似,DTG曲线在500~650℃温度范围内普遍存在2个质量损失峰值。FeSFeS2组合物在氧化自燃过程中,FeS和FeS2并非简单孤立地发生反应,而是FeS和FeS2相互作用;组合物中FeS2的质量分数为20%时,平均表观活化能达到最小,FWO法和Kissinger法计算的平均表观活化能分别为17295和16456 kJ/mol,且其自燃倾向性最大。

Abstract: In order to reveal the oxidation and spontaneous combustion process of the sulfur corrosion products in the oil storage tanks, the thermal decomposition characteristics of FeS and FeS2 as well as the FeSFeS2 compounds of the main products of sulfur corrosion products in storage tanks were characterized by a synchronous thermal analyzer under the experimental conditions of temperature from 30℃ to 1000℃ and at heating rates of 10, 15 and 20℃/min. The TGDTGDSC curves of FeS and FeS2 and the TGDTG curves of FeSFeS2 compounds were compared at the heating rate of 15℃/min. Furthermore, the apparent activation energies of the FeSFeS2 compounds were determined by the FlynnWallOzawa (FWO) method and the Kissinger method of thermal analysis kinetics, respectively. The results showed that the ignition temperature of the six samples was mainly in the range of 41382-50880℃. Except the FeS, the TG curves of the other samples are similar. The DTG curves have two mass loss peaks in the temperature range of 500—650℃. In the process of oxidation and spontaneous combustion of FeSFeS2 compounds, FeS and FeS2 didn〖DK〗’t react in an isolated way, but interact with each other. When the mass fraction of FeS2 was 20%, the average apparent activation energy was the lowest, and the average apparent activation energies calculated by FWO and Kissinger were 17295 and 16456 kJ/mol, respectively; consequently, it is the most liable to spontaneous combustion.
