四氢萘与正十二烷在催化裂化过程中的相互作用

Interaction of Tetralin and Dodecane in the Catalytic Cracking Processing

摘要:

将正十二烷(nC12) 与四氢萘按照不同比例混合进行催化裂化反应,考察了芳香基环烷环结构与链烷烃在催化裂化反应过程中的相互作用对两种烃类反应性能的影响。采用PONA分析和GCMS检测产物组成。结果表明,由于芳香基环烷环与烷烃裂化生成的烯烃与正碳离子之间的氢转移作用,随着混合原料中正十二烷质量分数增加,四氢萘的芳构化趋势明显增加,正十二烷的C=3和C=4选择性受四氢萘质量分数的影响也比较明显。

Abstract:

The catalytic cracking of the binary mixtures of dodecane(nC12) and tetralin was carried out, to discuss the interaction of aromaticnaphthene ring and paraffin in catalytic cracking. The products distributions were analyzed in detail by PONA and gas chromatographymass spectrometry techniques. It is shown that the aromatization of tetralin increased distinctly with the mass fraction of nC12 in the catalytic cracking of the binary mixtures of dodecane(nC12) and tetralin, while the C=3 and C=4 selectivities from nC12 were affected significantly by tetralin fraction, due to the hydrogen transfer between aromaticnaphthene ring and olefins or carbonium.
