摘要:

利用热重分析仪对油酸甲酯和硬脂酸甲酯的热解特性进行了研究,获得了油酸甲酯在不同升温速率(10、15、20、30℃/min)条件下TG-DTG-DSC曲线,并通过热分析数学方法获得热解动力学拟合参数。结果表明,油酸甲酯的热解过程为简单的一步分解,相比硬脂酸甲酯具有较差的热安定性;提高升温速率热解区间往高温区移动,热解活化能和指前因子呈现出较好的补偿效应,发现油酸甲酯在不同升温速率下具有不同的热解反应机理函数。

Abstract:

Pyrolysis characteristics of methyl oleate and methyl stearate were conducted in thermo-gravimetric analyzer. TG/DTG and DSC curves of methyl oleate were also obtained at different hating rates(10,15,20,30℃/min). Pyrolysis kinetic fitting parameters were gained by thermal analysis mathematical methodology. The results showed that pyrolysis of methyl oleate is simple a step decomposition; compared with methyl stearate, it had a relatively worse stability of pyrolysis; and the main pyrolysis region shifted to the higher temperature when hating rate was raised. Moreover, the pyrolysis activation energy and pre-exponential factor present a good compensation effect, which indicated that the pyrolysis reaction mechanism function was different.
