Reduction Process of NiZnO/SiO2-Al2O3 Catalyst for FCC Gasoline Reactive Adsorption Desulfurization

摘要: 采用中压固定床加氢实验装置研究了NiZnO/SiO2-Al2O3反应吸附脱硫剂在H2气氛下的还原反应规律,采用XRD、XPS等多种手段分析了还原工艺条件对NiZnO/SiO2-Al2O3催化剂基本性质和晶相结构的影响。结果表明,NiZnO/SiO2-Al2O3催化剂在不同还原工况下具有四种晶相结构;高还原温度和长还原时间会导致NiZn合金的生成,从而显著降低吸附的脱硫能力。催化汽油反应吸附脱硫评价表明,优化的还原工艺条件是保证催化剂的NiO完全还原,同时防止NiZn合金的生成。

Abstract: The reduction behavior of reactive adsorption desulfurization over NiZnO/SiO2-Al2O3 catalyst was investigated at a mild pressure fixed bed reactor in H2 atmosphere. X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry was used to identify the changes of NiZnO/SiO2-Al2O3 catalyst in basic properties and crystal phase structure during the reduction process. The experimental results show that the catalyst has four types of crystal phase structure under different reduction conditions. High reduction temperature and long reduction time lead to producing NiZn alloy crystal phase, which dramatically restrain the reactive adsorption desulfurization activity. FCC naphtha reactive adsorption desulfurization experimental data indicated that the optimal reduction condition should ensure NiO of the catalyst convert to metallic Ni totally while preventing the formation of NiZn alloy phase.
