渣油用于制备光敏材料的新型利用

Research Progress of Residue Oil Utilization in Synthesizing Photosensitizer

摘要: 渣油产量逐年增加,迫切需要提高渣油的利用效率。渣油主要用来制备碳材料,如中间相沥青、中间相炭微球、活性炭等。为实现渣油的高附加值利用,需发掘渣油的新型利用途径。利用有机反应对渣油的芳香馏分进行改性,合成了光敏材料。此光敏材料具有高的光电转化效率,可为太阳能电池提供丰富的原料来源,拓展了渣油的应用范围。

Abstract: It is urgent to improve the utilization efficiency of residue oil due to its output increasing every year. Residue oil is mainly used for the preparation of carbon materials, such as mesophase pitch, mesocarbon microbeads, activated carbon, etc. In order to achieve higher value-added applications of residue oil, new utilization should be found. Based on the research achievements in recent years, it is found that the aromatic hydrocarbons separated from residue oil can be modified through organic reaction, and then used as photosensitizer with high photoelectric conversion efficiency. The residue oil provides a rich photosensitizer source for solar cells, and gets wide applicationsas well.
