摘要: 随着市场对芳烃需求量的日益增加,轻烃芳构化技术得到快速发展。轻烃芳构化作为一种生产芳烃的重要工艺,催化剂技术是关键。结合轻烃芳构化工艺,综述了近年来轻烃芳构化催化剂的研究进展。针对不同组分的轻烃芳构化反应特点,分别讨论了芳构化催化剂中金属组分及载体的作用,包括金属种类、分散度、存在形态和活性位的可接近性,氧化物、分子筛载体以及分子筛酸性和拓扑结构对催化剂的重要影响。最后展望了轻烃芳构化催化剂及工艺研究方向。

Abstract: Light paraffin aromatization as a new chemical technology is rapidly developed due to the increasing demand of aromatic, in which the key is the catalyst. On the base of the light paraffin aromatization process and the light paraffin aromatization mechanism, the research advances in catalysts were reviewed. The two aspects of the catalyst for aromatization, i.e. metal active component and supporters were discussed, including the significant impacts of the dispersity, existence form and accessibility of metal active species, and the specific surface areas, acid sites, pore and size of oxide and zeolite supporters on the light paraffin aromatization. At the end, the development trend of catalyst for light hydrocarbon aromatization was proposed.
