甲醇柴油乳液的拟三相图

Pseudoternary Diagrams of Methanol-Diesel Emulsion

摘要: 绘制了柴油、甲醇、乳化剂+助乳化剂的拟三相图,利用拟三相图中相区面积的变化研究 HLB 值、乳化剂和助乳化剂的复配等参数对乳液增溶甲醇量的影响。结果表明,乳化剂的类型、助乳化剂的类型、助乳化剂与乳化剂的质量比和 HLB 值对拟三相图及最大增溶甲醇量有很大影响。当乳化剂由 span80与 tween80复配,其 HLB 值为5.5;助乳化剂由正丁醇、正戊醇和油酸复配,其质量比为3∶4∶3;且助乳化剂与乳化剂的质量比为3∶7时拟三相图乳液区面积最大,增溶甲醇量最高。

Abstract: Pseudoternary diagrams of diesel oil, methanol, surfactant and cosurfactant system were plotted at different HLB values and different kinds of mixtures composed of surfactant and cosurfactant. The effect of various parameters on the methanol-solubilizing amount of emulsion system, such as HLB value, the kinds of mixtures composed of surfactant and cosurfactant, and so on, was researched. The experimental results showed that the type, the mass ratio and HLB value of cosurfactant and surfactant had great influence on the pseudoternary diagram and the maximum methanol-solubilizing amount of emulsion system. The largest emulsion region and the maximum methanol-solubilizing amount were obtained, when the mass ratio of cosurfactant and surfactant was 3∶7, where the surfactant with HLB value of 5.5 was composed of span80 and tween80, and the cosurfactant consisted of n-butanol, 1-amyl alcohol and oleic acid with the mass ratio of 3∶4∶3.
